Note that the results are very similar using the same values as Photoshop. There's some
slight differences due to the shape of the gaussian curve, but that can be compensated for with a slight reduction to
the "percent" value you'd use in PILusm. (I haven't played enough with it yet to give a specific recommendation, but I'll
try to do that soon).
